Canal Central Hotel Business Bay

A big thanks to Nesrine in the reception! She was amazing and very friendly and would listen and help a lot if I had a question or a small complaint ❤️ The hotel was clean and all the staff were great and the breakfast was cool too !

We can highly recommend the hotel; it is located quite centrally, on a beautiful esplanade by the creek. The food is diverse (soup, various dishes, salads, vegetables, bread, and desserts) - we had booked breakfast and dinner, as we also needed gluten-free options. I would like to commend the chefs and the entire staff - everyone was extremely friendly and always very helpful. We felt very comfortable. The meal times are easy to remember. The terrace is wonderful, except for the occasionally loud air conditioning. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, but it was a bit too cool for us. The pool in the 3rd floor is open from 7 am to 7 pm, and you can always find a spot. I appreciated the consistency of the pool staff in removing towels from occupied loungers if someone tried to reserve them - you had 10 minutes to show up. Perfect! There are construction sites, but we didn't have any issues with them. Lillys Bar (3rd floor too) is nice, but if you need silence - book higher floors or other side. The fitnessstudio is nice too. The room was always clean - we think that the towels didn't necessarily need to be changed daily... the guest could toss them on the floor, if they had to be changed. By feet we went 45 Minutes to Burj Khalifa….we made this once in the night….better you take a taxi! Thank you being so helpfully and friendly.👍🏼🥰

We had some issues at the beginning of our stay at Canal Central Hotel, Business Bay, but I want to thank the team for how they handled everything. They upgraded us to a suite, offered a free dinner, and gave us a late check-out — all free of charge. The team was polite, responsive, and did their best to make our stay better. Special thanks to the guest relations team for their professional attitude and efforts to make things right. The hotel has a great view, comfortable rooms, and the location is excellent. Appreciate the way they handled the situation. Thank you again.

Location of hotel fantastic! Staff are absolutely lovely, always willing to help. Restaurant morning staff so lovely and friendly. Outside concierge staff always willing to help and providing taxis or answering queries that I had. Kumar excellent customer service. There was one young man who worked nights at the concierge but did not get his name. He was so lovely and always spoke to us. All staff excellent. Food was amazing love the hot buffet for breakfast! Definitely recommend Canal Central hotel for great location and accessibility.

Nice and clean atmosphere, very good and various breakfast. Friendly staff. In a bathroom you will have all what you need (shower gel, toothbrush, shaving kit etc). There is also a hairdryer. Everyday cleaning. Water,tea,coffee at the room. Also tv, small fridge and iron at the room. Lounge bar at 3rd floor has nice food.
